Position Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience documenting complex electronic equipment and systems

A minimum of 4 year experience in effectively formatting technical publications to include writing, editing, illustration, interpretations, and depth of coverage.

A minimum of 2 years' experience with writing technical documentation following DID standards, interpreting engineering and maintenance drawings, and interpreting operational procedures.

Strong technical writing skills (clear, consise, and complete manner)

Strong grammar skills (grammar, punctuation, spelling, usage)

Knowledge of governement documentation standards

Strong oral communication skills

Willing to take initiative to develop systems expertise

Good teamwork qualities

Position Responsibilities: Provide HCSO with technical writing support necessary to create and maintain system documentation as well as other supporting documentation such as presentations, blogs, training manuals, processes and procedures, guides, meeting minutes, etc.
